First– don’t forget to enter the gallon of Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil Giveaway. It’s an awesome opportunity.
Second– I have a 5 minute chili recipe for you. I wanted to make dinner and I didn’t have any time to prepare it, so I threw a bunch of things together and it turned out really well, surprisingly.
If you need ideas on how to serve it, I made mine into a “Chili Wrap” and just put it in a heated tortilla, added cheese. Or you can make a Frito Chili Pie and just serve over Frito’s with cheese. Or, just serve plain with crackers.
Isn’t that the cutest little Tobasco sauce ever?

What’s your favorite “5 minute meal”?

I love this! Simple, easy, fab.
I am all about five minute meals lately. Yours looks wonderful! I like chicken sausage and Trader Joe’s vegetable fried rice when I’m in need of a quick meal. It all sautees together in one skillet..so clean up is easy too!
I can’t believe that something that looks so delish can be so easy, yum! I love that it’s so healthy too!
Thank you!!
I can’t believe it either, haha.
Wow, that IS really easy! I just love it when a bunch of ingredients thrown together tastes good. I’m so happy you found my blog, Katie… yours is fantastic! My favorite 5 minute meal would have to be… aloo palak – spinach and potato curry. It’s SO easy and I’ve made it so many times that it literally takes me 5 minutes. Going to check out that coconut oil giveaway now, what I would do with 1 gallon of the stuff?!
I know! It’s always such a nice surprise. I’m glad I did, too.. I love it!
Thank you!
I’ve never heard of aloo palak… Do you have a recipe on your blog? It sounds fantastic!

Yummy, looks great!
Thanks Katarina!
Mmm. Chili. I love Chili but you make it look especially bomb!! (Shoot, did I really just say bomb?) ha ha – must be the Seattleite in me! I do love your photo skills and look forward to checking out more of your blog!
Haha! Thanks, Natasha… I appreciate it!
